These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, and use of any promotional or reward features.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. All funds deposited into such an Account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and may be subject to further action as required by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the pk79 Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. pk79 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful or available in your jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances. pk79 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account activity.
To use the full range of pk79 services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk79 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk79 support immediately at [email protected].
pk79 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requests for government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of Account withdrawals or Account closure.
pk79 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within your Account dashboard and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk79 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into your pk79 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. pk79 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and request further verification where the origin of funds cannot be confirmed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method confirmation; (b) any Bonus Funds associated with your Account must have met their applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal of any related winnings is permitted; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance. pk79 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification status of your Account.
pk79 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where further verification documents are outstanding.
From time to time, pk79 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Platform, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully completed. Where a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds remain active, pk79 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds before processing the withdrawal. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be used as part of any systematic or professional betting strategy. pk79 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its sole discretion.
Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or misrepresentation of eligibility — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
All bets placed and games participated in on the pk79 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or game outcome, pk79 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings resulting from manifest errors — including technical glitches or obvious mis-pricing — are not payable and any such withdrawals will be reversed.
For sports betting markets, pk79 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time, limit maximum stake amounts on any selection, or void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or where settlement is affected by circumstances outside pk79's reasonable control. Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures and Pakistan international matches, are subject to the standard settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk79 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and all balances may be forfeited:
All content on the pk79 Platform — including but not limited to the pk79 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk79 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any pk79 intellectual property without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or aggregate Platform data by any automated means.
The pk79 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk79 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game or service offered on it.
pk79's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises. pk79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk79's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pk79 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time by visiting /privacy-policy.
pk79 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of your Account. pk79 will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to open a new Account on the Platform. Where an Account is closed by pk79 for breach of these Terms, any Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk79 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through pk79's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

pk79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk79 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
